We inspect all items prior to shipping. In the event that your items are not in the acceptable condition, please send us an email to hello@leverex.net with the picture of the item received.

Factory damages that are not seen immediately or are only found after opening the product will be subject to a closer examination and investigation. If found to be defective and caused by manufacturer, it will be refunded or exchanged.
